What assistance is available to me to help me cope with the emotional impact of a COVID-19 outbreak?

 

The City of Lake Forest provides resources to help employees cope with these types of life events through its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by , 800-272-2727, www.workhealthlife.com, password: nwmc.

 

We also provide EAP assistance through , 847.432.4981 Ext. 200. They are offering clients phone or video sessions. For a phone session, you just need your phone. For a video session, you will need a Smartphone or other device that has a camera and microphone.
