7:00 - 9:00 am - Public Safety Building PSB Classroom (Please Park in the front parking lot and go around to the back door as the lobby does not open until 8 am)

Thursday 9/26

1:30 - 3:30 PM - Public Safety Building PSB Classroom

Important Information about the 2024-2025 COVID-19 Booster:

Lake Forest Acute Care will only have the Pfizer COVID-19 booster on site
Employees who are on City insurance, HR will help facilitation claim submission with LFAC and PBA for significant discounts.
