Wednesday 9/24

7:00 - 9:00 am - Public Safety Building PSB Classroom (Please Park in the front parking lot and go around to the back door as the lobby does not open until 8 am)

Thursday 9/25

1:30 - 3:30 PM - Public Safety Building PSB Classroom

Important Information about the 2025 COVID-19 Booster:

Lake Forest Acute Care will not be administering COVID-19 Booster Shots at the on-site events.
